Easy Peasy Granola

  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/2 cup Local Raw Honey
  • 1 cup Coconut shredded


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, spread in a thin layer on the baking sheet. Bake 15-30 mins, until very lightly golden brown, stirring once. Time depends on oven. Take out before it looks done, as it easily scorches. Let cool slightly, then remove to a mason jar and store for up to a month on the pantry shelf.
